die-struck, tomback-based SS Visor Cap Eagle being an un-finished piece
having no reverse fittings and also a thin piece with no side depth. This
piece has the same length and height as any other SS Visor Cap Eagle and was an
indirect vet-estate pickup as have been the few others that I was able to
research on the net. This example is either an unfinished cap eagle in a
variant style having no side depth, part of a test production run of examples
without the sides, or possibly an item that would have went on an album cover or
