B1607.  Transitional Army EM/NCO's Belt Buckle.  Good looking and very rare steel-based Army EM/NCO's Belt Buckle made from a leftover WW1 Army Enlisted Pattern Buckle that has had the crown removed and a Third Reich style Wehrmacht Eagle placed in the center instead.  As appears to be the norm with the few of these that I have observed over the years the Wehrmacht eagle is somewhat crudely done probably in-house at the buckle factory by expedient means with a similar example shown on page 70 of John Angolia's Belt Buckles & Brocades of the Third Reich, Revised Edition.  See pictures...$  495.00 (Pictures)

B1647.  SS Officer's Belt Buckle by "RZM SS OLC 36/42".  Good looking zinc-based Waffen-SS Officer's Belt Buckle by "RZM SS OLC 36/42" in excellent condition showing some honest wear with the piece having crisp details.  The keeper is present and has been stretched from wear but is still sturdy as this maker used zinc that was of a high quality.  This example is usually associated with the Waffen-SS due to the wartime production of 1943 as opposed to the aluminum versions which could be used by both the general SS and the Waffen-SS.  This is a great looking example.  See pictures...$  1800.00 (Pictures)

B1889.  WW2 Yugoslav Partisan Leader's Belt and Buckle.  Fantastic item made from a captured Axis belt with the belt measuring 45 inches/ 114cm.  This piece was made circa 1943-1944 before an official buckle was instituted for Partisan Leaders/Officers with the buckle being fashioned by hand and of the highest quality.  There are two loops for attaching a sword or dagger hanger.  The buckle measures 5.5cm by 7.8cm.  As a proportion of population Yugoslavia has the highest loss of life in WW2 among any nation.  See pictures...$  500.00 (Pictures)
