Waffen-SS EM/NCO'S Belt Buckle by "RZM 155/40 SS", Type One. This steel
example was produced by the Assmann firm in 1940, which was also the first year
that SS EM/NCO belt buckles were produced in steel, with SS EM/NCO buckle
construction in prior years being from nickel and then aluminum and eventually a
few were even made in zinc. Buckles with this code number are found
reproduced and originals such as this example are getting scarce to find
available for sale. This example retains close to all of the original
finish with the only wear being from storage as I doubt this piece was ever
worn. This is the scarce "Type One" Variant and the first I have owned. See

Waffen-SS EM/NCO's Belt Buckle. Nice looking unmarked wartime Waffen-SS
enlisted man's/NCO's belt buckle. This type came out in 1940 and is generally
associated with the Waffen-SS. These unmarked examples were made by Overhoff

Reich era. This example has little of the paint left to the front but has
acquired a fine patina. See pictures...$ 395.00

SS EM/NCO's Belt and Buckle by "RZM 822/38 SS". This complete
ensemble came out of a sealed bunker that was opened a few years ago on the
Demjansk line. The region in which this bunker was located indicates that
in all likelihood this set came from a Totenkopf Panzer Grenadier Unit.
This set originally came from a well respected relic hunter based in Poland.
The buckle itself has some surface oxidation and the belt has some shrinkage but
the set is in fairly decent shape for being sealed in a bunker for over 50
years. The belt is size marked "95" and "115" having been no-doubt
re-issued. See pictures...$ 350.00

SS EM/NCO's Belt Buckle by "O & C ges. gesch.". Early SS Enlisted
Man's/Non-Commissioned Officer's Belt buckle by "O & C ges. gesch.". It is
believed that this belt buckle design first appeared in the early 1930s and was
exclusively made by O & C (Overhoff and Cie) at first. Up until that time the
SS wore the SA design buckle. From 1931 onwards O & C was the principal maker
of this buckle but other makers also began to produce the buckle because of an
increasing demand for the SS Enlisted Man's buckle. This super looking example
is made of nickel and is of the earliest quality and retains most of the
original finish which is often found polished off down to the nickel on these
examples. These examples are getting hard to find. See pictures...$

Waffen-SS EM/NCO'S Belt Buckle by "RZM 155/43 SS" in Green. This steel
example was produced by the Assmann firm in 1943. Buckles with this code number
are found reproduced and originals such as this example are getting scarce to
find available for sale. This example retains about 80 percent of the original
green finish to the front and over 90 percent to the reverse. Assmann
produced a limited number of SS buckles with a green finish this year and these
are quite scarce and desirable. This example came from a vet that was at
Dachau and also brought back a quantity of Dachau cloth. This is a great
looking example. See pictures...$ 575.00

This steel example was produced by the Assmann firm in 1943. Buckles with
this code number are found reproduced and originals such as this example are
